Enfield Safety's embroidery machines branding workwear gear

Create Bespoke, Branded Workwear with our In-House Print & Embroidery Service

Think branded workwear is expensive or time-consuming to organise? Think again. Personalised workwear can be created rapidly and with minimal cost, by our in-house design and print team who will expertly match your corporate Pantone colours and typefaces.

How it Works

  1. Ring our sales team to discuss the most suitable method of personalisation for your needs. (see below for options).
  2. Decide on a suitable size, number of colours and location of logo.
  3. Supply three copies of your company logo either as a letterhead or digital file: EPS, TIFF, JPEG, BMP or PDF.
  4. Order the garments required for personalisation and then leave them to us to deliver your finished products.

Types of Branding

Embroidery

Embroidery is durable and will withstand industrial laundering. The majority of garments shown can be embroidered with your full company details as well as individual names if required. By using premium threads and investing in the most advanced 15-colour embroidery machines, we are able to offer an unrivalled delivery time with this most prestigious method of personalisation.

Transfers

The high heat transfer system is a durable, flexible system which once set up allows the despatch of personalised garments within 48 hours. The transfer is bonded into the fabric of the garment through a high heat process of up to 180°C maintaining the integrity of the garments including waterproof jackets.

Screen Print

Screen printing is an economical method that is more cost-effective on runs of 1,000 plus items and large print areas. The print is a cold-cured flexible print process which maintains the integrity of garments including waterproof jackets

Save Time with our Man-Pack Service

Our man-pack service takes away all the headaches associated with uniform distribution, saving both time and hassle when ordering workwear and PPE orders for your team.

Simply let us know the name of each team member, what items they need in which size and we will do the rest for you. Your items will arrive pre-packed in individually labelled packages for quick and easy distribution. Here’s how it works:

1 - Place Your Order

Request our man-pack service when you place your order and we’ll work with you to make sure we get all the information we need.

2 - We Pick & Pack

Our team will individually pick and pack and clearly label each set.

3 - We Deliver

Your delivery will arrive already packed for each individual so distributing to the team can be completed efficiently.

4 - We Recycle

As part of our comprehensive workwear solution, we can even provide a collection and secure disposal through our garment recycling partners – both reducing waste and maintaining your security.
