Under: Fire Safety / Site Set UpIntroducing FEMS: Fire Equipment Management Made Simple
Site safety managers can now take advantage of our new FEMS offering – Fire Equipment Management Service – a complete fire equipment management solution. By working with highly-trained safety specialists and leading fire safety engineers, FEMS saves you time and money, while keeping safety the top priority.
How it Works
FEMS is a three-step process, ensuring you and your team are protected and fully compliant at all times. At each point in the cycle, the system is tailored to meet your unique site requirements, using the latest fire safety technology. Whether it’s wireless alarms, heat and smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire blankets or trolleys, we’ll make sure you’ve got exactly what you need. You can even incorporate equipment as part of our innovative safety station for construction sites.
Step 1: Install and Maintain
After your initial consultation and site visit, our expert fire safety professionals will specify what equipment you require. Once confirmed, our engineers arrive on-site and install your equipment with minimal fuss and disruption. For the duration of your project we proactively monitor, maintain and service the equipment to ensure your compliance and peace of mind.
Step 2: Collect and Store
When your project comes to an end, there’s no need to worry about packing up equipment, transporting it, or storing it until your next project. Our team collects your equipment from site and carefully stores it until you give the go ahead to deliver to your next site.
There is no charge for storage for the first 6 months of an item being stored. Prices are available on request for longer term storage.
Step 3: Refurb and Service
After collection, all items are brought back to our National Distribution Centre for assessment. Our in-house engineers carry out a rigorous inspection on all equipment and provide a detailed report on any items that need refurbishment. Once approved, these items are refurbished before going into secure storage.
